Our attorneys are able to provide initial consultations at our office, via telephone, or in a jail or detention center if the person is detained.

What to expect from your consultation:

• You will meet directly with an attorney to review the details of your immigration situation;
  
• The attorney will answer any questions you have about your case;
  
• The attorney will explain all of the immigration benefits that you might qualify for;
  
• The attorney will help plan an immigration strategy specific to your case.

Initial in-office or phone consultations are scheduled for one (1) hour and cost $100. This $100 fee will be credited toward the legal fee in your case, should you choose to begin a case with our office. Initial consultations in a jail or detention center are scheduled for one (1) hour and cost $450. (This $450 fee cannot be credited toward the legal fee in your case). We accept cash, money order and all major credit/debit cards.
